The Prichard Family Foundation makes grants to pre-approved organizations for charitable, cultural, religious and educational purposes, specifically those within the communities of the family member directors and institutions and agencies that support and uphold historic Baptist principles. Under the terms of its charter, the Prichard Family Foundation can distribute only to qualified public entities with 501(c)(3) status.
